At Magic Mountain, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our simple process ensures your peak satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and mountain-seal labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
